THE CHALLENGE

First prize: $100,000 in cash and worldwide promotion

1. Are you a band?
2. Do you have at least two original songs?
3. Can you play them live?

If the answer to those three questions is yes, then you are eligible to enter. No pre-qualification or demos required. If you think you have a couple of great tunes and back them up with a fantastic live performance, you could be the band we are looking for.

World Final 2008

Winners of National Finals will be presented with a specially designed bronze "Best New Band" statuette and an all-expenses-paid trip to the World Final.

The winning band in the World Final will be awarded $100,000 in cash and a special gold "Best New Band in the World" statuette.
